Exmoor Farmers report a flying trade for the Annual
Sale of Exmoor Horn Ewes and Rams together with brisk demand
for other breeding ewes and rams on offer.
Top price ram of the day 860 guineas, sold by Mr. J.
Tucker,
North Molton
and purchased by Mr. Josh Berry.
Exmoor Horn Rams experienced a flying trade with 25
rams sold over £300 and the Exmoor Horn Breeding Ewes also
met fast trade to a top of £94 for 2T with FM Ewes selling to
£67.

Exmoor Farmers report 3632 sold to 100% clearance with
a flying trade throughout, plenty of customers in attendance
with Shearling Ewes selling to a top of £126.
Store Lambs to £55.
Good quality entry of sheep on offer for the annual
sale of Shearlings with good runs of Exmoor Mules with a large
number of Exmoor Mule Ewes being bought to travel to
Yorkshire
. All Ewes in
keen demand with older Breeding Ewes and Grazing Ewes a flying
trade with medium Grazers selling to £54, £54.50, £50.50.
Full Mouth Ewes to £74
